SCULPTURAL MOVEMENT

This wedding tablescape involves restraint, balance, and a little architectural drama. The Caledonia in Layton was flooded with natural light and gorgeous tile to add complimentary structure to this whimsical design.

​

The focal point was a lush floral runner cascading from the tabletop to the floor - because florals should move, not just sit there politely. The spring color palette felt timeless and fresh, while the asymmetrical flow kept the design editorial and dynamic.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

Airy florals created lift at the tabletop, while trailing moss and hydrangeas brought the eye downward, connecting the entire space into one cohesive visual moment. The pears and grapes made it akin to a still life Renaissance painting. We especially love how all of the textural and flouncy elements incorporated life and femininity into the assortment.

The mix of clean linens, warm wood chairs, and sculptural florals struck a perfect balance between modern design and romantic softness.
