Laura and Brianna met working at a flower shop and quickly built a long-lasting friendship and partnership. They have always supported and encouraged each other to become the best versions of themselves: as floral artists, business women, and compassionate leaders.

What started as a shared love for invigorating design has evolved into Velvet Ant Studio, where the floor is covered in stems, exciting ideas flow constantly, and joking, singing, and sharing stories are part of the joy of what we do.

Consultation
This is a complimentary video call typically lasting 20 -30 minutes. During this call, we can talk about quantities, how we can best allocate your budget, what you value most, along with any ideas we have to make your big day unique.

Proposal
Within 3 business days of your consultation, you will receive a custom quote complete with pictures as inspiration to make sure we are encapsulating the best version of your vision.

Contract & Deposit
Once you are ready to move forward, we will send you
a contract and an invoice for a 20% retainer fee to secure your date.
Your wedding date is not secured until the contract is signed
and the retainer fee is paid.

Final Steps
30 days prior to your event, we will reach out to reconfirm quantities. At this time, your final balance is due.
You can trust that the florals for your big day will be executed to perfection! At the end of the night, we will return to pick up any rental items and remove florals that were not taken home by guests.
